Eight arrested after drug raid that results in large seizure of crack cocaine

MOUNT VERNON – A pre-Christmas police raid at a Mount Vernon home resulted in the seizure of more than 130 grams of crack cocaine and eight people charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.  The December 22, 2022 raid was conducted by the Mount Vernon police at approximately 5:00 a.m. at 111 South Fulton Avenue after an investigation into drug sales at the house.

Members of the Mount Vernon Police Department Emergency Services Unit were assisted by the Violent Crimes Unit and the FBI Westchester County Safe Streets Task Force in the raid.  At the time the search warrant was executed, there were several people in the residence along with a stash of illegal crack cocaine.

The following were all arrested and charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance:

  • Jack Price, 21,, from Mount Vernon.
  • Patrick Pilgrim, 32, from Mount Vernon.
  • Prince Scott, 34, from Mount Vernon.
  • Aaliiyah Jones, 21, from Mount Vernon.
  • Louise Harris, 58, from Brooklyn.
  • Dominique Willis, 36, from Mount Vernon.
  • Sheila Draine, 54, from Mount Vernon.

Prince Scott was additionally charged with violating the terms of his United States Probation.  John Ivory, 57, of Mount Vernon, was also charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.

All subjects were arraigned in Mount Vernon City Court on December 22, 2022.
