TOWN OF NEWBURGH – A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man who failed to return to Newburgh Town Court on a felony burglary charge.
Ryan Krom, 40, was arrested this past September and failed to return to court.
He is described as being five-feet, 10-inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes.
