LIVINGSTON MANOR – State Police have arrested a 27-year-old Livingston Manor woman on two felony counts of grand larceny as well as misdemeanors for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful use of a credit card.

On September 28, 2022, troopers were contacted about possible misuse of credit cards and a missing vehicle.

Investigation revealed the victim was in the hospital for three months and gave permission to the suspect, Miranda Stickle, to use her debit card to make purchases for her and to use her 2007 Nissan Pathfinder.

The victim said she had not heard from Stickle since July 19, 2022.

During the investigation, it was determined Stickle had made unauthorized charges on the victim’s debit card and was still in possession of the vehicle.

On the afternoon of this Wednesday, October 12, police located and arrested Stickle at a residence on Creamery Road in Livingston Manor. She was still in possession of the vehicle.

She was released on an appearance ticket.
