GOSHEN – State Police have arrested a 53-year-old Goshen man who is a part-time police officer with the Town of Montgomery Police Department for stalking as a misdemeanor.
The charges against Kenneth Memmelaar stem from a series of incidents reported to State Police barracks in the Town of Wallkill.
Memmelaar was arrested in the Town of Montgomery, arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
