SPARROWBUSH – Two people reported missing on the Delaware River in Sparrowbush late Sunday afternoon were located safe and sound.
The alarm went out around 5 p.m. for the two with a water search at Cherry Island State Park.
The two were found safe and sound on the shore and the incident was turned over to the police.
Fire departments involved in the water search included Sparrowbush, Huguenot, Lumberland, Westfall and Matamoras.
