Croton-on-Hudson vandalism suspects arrested

CROTON-ON-HUDSON – Police believe they have arrested the three suspects involved in a recent spate of vandalism at the Gouveia House, a Village of Croton-on-Hudson-owned building inside the grounds of Gouveia Park. The damage included two problem windows and a sliding glass door broken on different occasions.

Croton-on-Hudson Police responded to the Gouveia House for three suspects who forced entry into the building; all three were subsequently arrested.

Charged with felony burglary were Noelle Keenan, 19 and Medea Pepper-Jones, both of Croton-on-Hudson, and Tashi Burke-Tomaeno, 18, of El Cerrito, California.
