TOWN OF ULSTER – An Ulster Hose firefighter was injured when he was dragged by a car as colleagues and he administered Narcan to a man in a vehicle.
It was just before 8 a.m. on Saturday when firefighters were called to a report of a man overdosed in a vehicle.
They forced their way into the car, administered Narcan and began to remove the patient.
At that time, the vehicle went into reverse and began rolling backwards dragging a member before he became freed. He sustained several facial injuries and broken bones.
