CARMEL – First responders were able to rescue the driver of a vehicle that crashed in the area of Route 301 and Gipsy Trail Road in Carmel Thursday night, April 8.
The driver, who was trapped, was pulled to safety by fire and police personnel.
Firefighters extinguished the fire that had engulfed the car and mitigated a fuel spill.
Carmel firefighters were assisted by the Kent Fire Department as well as Carmel Police and Carmel Ambulance.
