Fire heavily damages Town of Newburgh home

TOWN OF NEWBURGH – An early morning fire in a single-family home at 78 Delaware Road in the Town of Newburgh heavily damaged the structure

The initial call came in as a garage fire, but the flames in the lower level of the bi-level home, quickly spread to the attic.

Several area fire departments were called in to battle the blaze, the cause of which was not immediately known.
