CLARKSTOWN – The crash on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the Town of Clarkstown early Saturday claimed the life of a Westchester County man and a Pennsylvania man.

State Police said Aristan Garandeau, 22, of Croton-on-Hudson was driving a 2017 Subaru Impreza when he entered the parkway the wrong way at around 2:39 a.m.

While driving south in the northbound passing lane, he struck a 2016 Toyota Avalon head on. The driver of that car was identified as Brenden Seabrook, 27, of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.

Both were killed in the crash.

The incident is still under investigation.
