TOWN OF WALLKILL – Police in the Town of Wallkill were staking out an apartment complex at 644 Silver Lake Scotchtown Road Wednesday afternoon, reportedly for a woman in an apartment threatening to harm anyone who came near her.
Police Chief Robert Hertman told Mid-Hudson News the mid-afternoon call was initially for a dispute between neighbors.
Out of an abundance of caution, officers have been at the scene, which was still going on at 7:30 p.m.
