MONTICELLO – The man who was shot in the thigh at 377 East Broadway in Monticello is refusing to cooperate with the police in their investigation.
The 37-year-old victim, who was found bleeding from the gunshot wound, was transported to Garnet Health Catskill Medical Center by Mobile Medic Ambulance following the 7 p.m. incident on January 4.
Monticello Police said the suspects were described as two men wearing black clothing and black face masks.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Monticello Police in confidence at 845-794-4422.
Assisting village investigators at the scene were State Police and the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office.
