POUGHKEEPSIE – A 34-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to his thigh after being shot Sunday afternoon in the area of 162 Cannon Street. Police are investigating the incident.
Police responded to the area of 162 Cannon Street at approximately 3:05 p.m. for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found the victim and secured the scene. The victim was transported to a local hospital by ambulance where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
