HAVERSTRAW – The Town of Haverstraw Police Department is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Andy Urena-Marrero.
On September 4, 2020, at about 9:09 p.m., Marrero was shot in the rear of 16 Hudson Avenue in the town.
