MIDDLETOWN – State Police have arrested three men on charges of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of cannabis following a traffic stop in the City of Middletown.
Arrested were Jamel Williams, 33, of Middletown, Lavoris Williams, 34, of New York City, and Vashorne McClain, 25, of Staten Island.
An illegal 99 mm handgun loaded with ammunition was located in their car.
All three men were being held pending arraigned at the Orange County Jail.
State Police were assisted on the traffic stop by Middletown City Police.
