PLEASANT VALLEY – State Police believe they have solved the April 30, 2019 armed robbery of the Mobil Service Station on Route 44 in the Town of Pleasant Valley with the arrest of a Hyde Park man.

Patrick Simmons, 55, was taken into custody on Monday, September 6 and charged with two counts of robbery and criminal possession of a weapon, all felonies, and a misdemeanor of assault.
