HYDE PARK – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that took place early Thursday morning. A call to 911 around 1 a.m. reported that a man had been shot in the face at 8 Rockledge Road, in the Greenfields section of Hyde Park.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and his condition is unknown as of 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
The residence is currently surrounded by yellow crime scene tape and sheriff’s detectives are currently investigating the incident.
