KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Kingston man on felony charges following a domestic incident.
Stephan Green, 36, was charged with felonies of criminal contempt and aggravated family offense as well as a violation of harassment.
On August 17, deputies investigated a past incident that reveled that Green allegedly engaged in a dispute with a victim who is a protected party of an active order of protection.
Greene was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail pending a future court appearance.
