Truck crashes off Route 17

MAMAKATING – Rescue crews were at the scene of a truck that crashed off Route 17 in the area of exit 119 Monday evening.

The vehicle, traveling eastbound, apparently ran off the road and crashed into woods.

State Police, local fire and Mobile Medic ambulance were on the scene.

There was no word of any injuries and the cause of the accident.
