KINGSTON – Two inmates in the Ulster County Jail have been arrested and charged with felony assault.
It is alleged that Devante Knox, 29, and Isiaya Knox, 26, were each charged in the attack.
At about 7:12 p.m. on July 28, sheriff’s detectives were notified of the assault that just had occurred in a housing unit at the Kingston facility. It is alleged that both inmates were involved in a physical altercation causing injury to the third.
Both alleged assailants will be arraigned in Kingston City Court.
