NEW ROCHELLE – Police in New Rochelle are looking for the individual who slashed a 57-year-old man on the face.
Just before midnight on July 2, police were called to the vicinity of 290 Union Avenue where they found the victim on the ground with a slash wound. He was conscious and alert and was transported to Jacobi Medical Center for treatment.
Further investigation revealed the assailant is known to the victim.
Detectives are following up the incident.
