TOWN OF LLOYD – A Highland man was arrested following the execution of a search warrant in the Town of Lloyd that uncovered cocaine and MDMA.
Police conducted their operation after receiving several repots of drug activity at the home of 37-year-old Jose Perecky.
He was charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance as well as a misdemeanor of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail and was being held as a parole violator.
The investigation was conducted jointly by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team and the Dutchess County Drug Task Force.
