MONTICELLO – State Police have arrested a Spring Valley man in Sullivan County on a charge of predatory sexual assault of a child as a felony.
Luis Mendez Pinto, 35, was arrested in conjunction with the Child Protective Services Unit and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail pending a future court appearance.
Anyone who feels they were a victim of knows someone who was a victim of Mendez Pinto is asked to call the State Police at 845-344-5300.
