RAMAPO – One person was killed and four people were injured in a two-car crash on Route 202 in the Town of Ramapo this morning.
Assisting town police were the Tallman and Spring Hill fire departments, as well as W.P. Faist, Ramapo Valley Ambulance Corps and Rockland Paramedics.
The area lost power with it is expected to be out for eight to 10 hours while Orange and Rockland Utilities repairs the system.
Route 202 was expected to be shut down until the repairs have been completed.
