Westchester man found dead in New York City

NEW YORK – An Elmsford man was found dead, partially submerged in water in the vicinity of 38 Avenue and Seaver Way in Queens on Monday, March 1.

NYPD members found Jywan Stovall, 40, lying on the ground unconscious and unresponsive. There were no signs of trauma observed.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is continuing.
