POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Tyson Kreig, 40, of Red Hook a second time dealing with charges of inappropriate sexual contact.
Kreig was arrested on February 8 and charged with misdemeanors of forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment.
This arrest comes as the result of a second victim coming forward since his arrest on January 12. He was charged in that case with allegedly subjecting a victim to sexual contact without their consent.
He was released on his own recognizance in the first case and this time, was arraigned and released to probation pending a future court appearance.
