POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 40-year-old Red Hook man on a charge of sexual misconduct.
Tyson Kreig was arrested following an investigation into inappropriate sexual contact.
Kreig was arrested on January 12 following a week-long investigation into an allegation of inappropriate sexual conduct where he was accused of subjecting a victim to sexual contact without their consent.
The sheriff’s office will release no other information about the case to protect the victim’s identity.
Following arraignment, Kreig was released on his own recognizance.
