GOSHEN – Jamaad Murphy of the Town of Wallkill was arraigned before Orange County Court Judge Hyun Chin Kim on Thursday as he faces murder and manslaughter charges in connection with the shooting death of Matthew Napoleoni on November 3, 2019.

It is alleged that Murphy shot Napoleoni outside the Made in Puerto Rico Latin Cuisine and Sports Bar.
