CAIRO – A Westerlo woman was killed when her car ran off Route 23 in the Town of Cairo Thursday evening and struck a stone wall.
State Police said Nichole Hazed, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 7 p.m. accident.
Police said Hazed was driving a 2021 Kia when it left the road and struck the wall. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
State Police were assisted by Cairo Fire Department, Cairo Ambulance and Greene County Medic.
