AUSTERLITZ – Three people were arrested on December 15 by the State Police Violent Gang and Narcotic Enforcement Team in conjunction with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Arrested were Tanner Rivenburgh, 25, of Austerlitz, Joseph Zeoli, 32, of Greenport, and Floyd Dallas, 41, of Philmont.
They were each charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession with intent to sell.
Police said they had a large quantity of fentanyl in their possession when arrested.
