MONROE – Two New York City woman have been arrested and charged with grand larceny for stealing a total of $2,235 in merchandise from the Monroe Walmart store on Saturday, December 12.
State Police said Erika Vargas, 38, of Manhattan and Brooke, Lee, 34, of the Bronx, left the store without paying for several items. Vargas allegedly stole goods worth over $1,229 and Lee allegedly stole merchandise worth of $1,006.
Both were charged with a felony and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Monroe Town Court.
