CATSKILL – A Village of Catskill man was arrested by State Police at Catskill for possessing a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child both as felonies.
Police sad Giavanni Fascella, 53, was found in possession of photographs and videos of child pornography.
Fascella was arraigned in Catskill Village Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 bond or $20,000 partially secured bond.
