MONTICELLO – The recently created Care Center at Sunset Lake Local Development Corporation will not be livestreaming their meetings. The five-person board voted unanimously against the proposal at their Thursday session, Chairman Lowell Feldman said.
He cited as the reasons that no other LDC’s livestream and that the software for webcasting in licensed to the county legislature. That body livestreams all of their committee meetings as well as their monthly full sessions.
The subject of webcasting the LDC meetings has been raised by county residents during public comment periods of the legislature.
Lowell said audio recordings of the LDC meetings will be posted online afterwards.
