CATSKILL – A Philmont man was arrested by New York State Police on Tuesday after an investigation into alleged sex abuse of a child.
Jordan Davis, age 37, was arrested on two counts of Sexual Abuse 1st degree, sexual contact with an individual less than 11 years old, and four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
He was arraigned in the Town of Athens Court and released on his own recognizance.
The State Police in Catskill were assisted in their investigation by the State Police Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Columbia Child Protective Services (CPS), and Greene County CPS.
