Free COVID-19 antibody testing for 99th District Assembly first responders, teachers, essential personnel

NEW WINDSOR – Assemblyman Colin Schmitt (R, New Windsor) has announced he has secured free COVID-19 antibody testing for first responders, teachers, and essential personnel in his 99th Assembly District in partnership with New Windsor Councilman Andrew Regenbaum and Horizon Family Medical Group.

Five dates of testing will be offered over a three-week period at two locations. Testing will be conducted at Horizon offices in New Windsor and Washingtonville. Pre-registration is required.

New Windsor testing will be on Monday, August 24 and 31 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. at 92 Old Route 9W in New Windsor.

Washingtonville testing will be on Tuesdays, August 25, and September 1 and 8 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. at 90 East Main Street in Washingtonville.

Horizon antibody tests are full blood draws and will take between 10 and 15 minutes.
