MIDDLETOWN – The Conservative Party Ninth Judicial District convention has endorsed Richard Guertin for a seat on the State Supreme Court.
Guertin, who is currently, Middletown City Court judge, was the only candidate the convention, held Saturday, chose to run.
The Middletown City Republican Committee has also endorsed Guertin for the regional bench.
There are four State Supreme Court seats up for election in the Ninth District this fall.
