State Police investigate disturbance in Kinderhook during protest

KINDERHOOK – State Police were called to the Village of Kinderhook on Saturday, July 11 for a report of a disturbance.

At about 4:15 p.m., during a march through the village, protesters reported two Kinderhook residents initiated a verbal argument while armed with a handgun.

Police said there have been no arrests made and the investigation is ongoing.
