NEWBURGH – Fire Friday evening damaged two apartments at 131 Chamber Street in the City of Newburgh.
The cause of the two-alarm fire is under investigation.
The blaze brought out mutual aid from West Point and Air National Guard at Stewart Airport to the scene and Cronomer Valley to standby at the Public Safety Building.
Mobile Life Support Services had an advanced life support EMS team on the scene and city police blocked off the street.
