NEW WINDSOR – State Police have charged a Bronx man with criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance after he was stopped while driving on the Thruway in the Town of New Windsor on May 14.
Deyshaun Carter, 23, was pulled over for several vehicle and traffic violations and found in possession of over seven ounces of marijuana and over three pounds of concentrated marijuana edibles.
He was released with appearance tickets returnable to New Windsor Town Court.
