Three Massachusetts residents arrested in Columbia County for felony drug possession

NEW LEBANON – State Police have arrested three Massachusetts residents in a vehicle in front of a closed store and found in possession of some 9.4 grams of ecstasy and approximately 10.2 grams of cocaine.

Arrested on two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance as felonies are Kyle Kosky, 26, Jonathan Rosario, 20, both of Framingham, and Kayla Harpole, 21, of Adams.

Rosario, who was the driver, was found to be impaired by drugs.

All three were issued appearance tickets returnable to New Lebanon Town Court next month.
