NEW LEBANON – New York State Police have arrested an Adams, Massachusetts woman on a felony burglary charge.
It is alleged that at about 8:32 p.m. on May 11, troopers were called to a residence on Route 22 in New Lebanon for a report of a burglary in progress,
Investigation determined that Brittney Martin, 19, illegally entered the residence and stole food.
She was arraigned virtually in Kinderhook Town Court and released on her own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
