Funding announced from federal stimulus package

WASHINGTON – Funding through the US Department of Health and Human Services has been announced to support health centers providing care to communities affected by COVID-19.

Cornerstone Family Healthcare will receive 85,034, Ezras Choilim Health Center will receive $64,308.

Hudson River Healthcare will receive $319,417, while Mount Vernon Family Health Center will get $137,740.

Open Door Family Medical Center will receive $138,952 and Refuah Health Center will receive $110,273.

Westchester County, meanwhile, will receive la of $3.25 million in federal funding, just under $2.2 million through the Community Development Block Grant program and $1 million from the Emergency Solutions Grants program.

Rockland County will receive $961,755 through Community Development Block Grant program and the City of White Plains will receive $518,258 in CDBG and Emergency Solutions Grant funding.
