MIDDLETOWN – Due to the ongoing COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak, all government buildings in the City of Middletown have been closed to the public, effective immediately.  City employees will remain on-duty, and City Hall business can be conducted by appointment only, scheduled via telephone.  Individuals requiring assistance should contact the appropriate department at any of the following numbers.
