WAPPINGER – A State Police traffic stop on Route 9 in the Town of Wappinger led to the arrest of an Ossining man on a charge of criminal possession of a weapon as a felony.
At about 12:20 a.m. on March 2, troopers conducted a vehicle and traffic stop of a 2014 Honda Civic.
Investigation found Mauricio Agudelo was unlawfully in possession of a Rohm Model RG31 revolve.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
