Police investigated and a warrant search of his home found five instances of child pornography.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Poughkeepsie Town Court.

Days earlier he was arrested on two counts each of sexual abuse and unlawful surveillance for allegedly sexually abusing an unconscious person who was helpless and incapable of consent.

That investigation found he had filmed himself abusing the victim.

The investigation into both crimes is continuing.
