HIGHLAND – State Police, Tuesday, arrested a Town of Lloyd man on two counts of unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image as a misdemeanor.
An investigation revealed Michael Redding, 32, disseminated nude photos that he obtained without permission of the persons involved.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable in Town of Ulster and Town of Saugerties Courts.
