HAVERSTRAW – Police in Haverstraw confirm they responded to a call of shots fired at 25 East Railroad Avenue around 11 o’clock Sunday night.
Yellow crime scene tape was draped outside the multi-family home.
It is unclear if anyone was actually shot, they said.
Investigators combed the area for clues and interviewed witnesses at the scene.
A sergeant at the scene says they found shell casings, but he said they do not believe anybody was taken away by ambulance. Area hospitals were check with no word if any victims were located.
