Armed robbery reported in Poughkeepsie

POUGHKEEPSIE – Police in Poughkeepsie are investigating a reported armed robbery that occurred at Bement Avenue and Harrison Street on Thursday evening.

Initial radio reports indicate four men displayed a shotgun, firing one round into the air.

They stole the victim’s shoes, glasses and $40 in cash before fleeing.
