WALLKILL – The Orange County Child Abuse Unit has arrested a 34-year-old Circleville man on a charge of felony predatory sexual assault of a child after a year-long investigation stemming from a hotline call to the state Central Registry in 2018.
Robert Youngs was arrested on October 30, processed at the State Police Barracks in the Town of Wallkill. He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
The Orange County Child Abuse Unit consists of police officers from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Port Jervis City Police, Village of Goshen Police and State Police.
