The dispute has been between Louis Terpening, 26, and a woman. Terpening had intentionally damaged the woman’s property and when an officer attempted to take him into custody, he struggled, striking the officer on the head several times and kicking the officer, causing injuries.

Backup officers assisted in taking Terpening into custody.
